What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Managing daily site operations, including trade coordination, safety inspections and quality control
• Developing and maintaining construction schedules, tracking progress against milestones
• Controlling project budget, monitoring costs and managing change order procedures
• Leading and mentoring a team of 2–5 supervisors, foremen or junior managers
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, OSHA requirements and company safety standards
• Managing stakeholder communications with owners, general contractors, architects, inspectors and trades
• Maintaining accurate site documentation, including daily reports, submittals and permit compliance
• Problem-solving on site to keep work moving despite delays, conflicts or changes

What you could bring

Must-have

• 10–15 years of hands-on construction management or senior supervisory experience
• Proven experience leading teams in a field-based construction environment
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, cost control and schedule management
• Deep familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA compliance and site safety leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Touchplan, or comparable tools)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Construction Management Certification (CMC)
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M
• Familiarity with union trades and prevailing wage compliance
• Experience with preconstruction and value engineering
