What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Owning project delivery end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets and resources to meet project milestones
- Directing construction sequencing and field operations to ensure safe, efficient execution
- Managing stakeholder relationships across clients, contractors, subcontractors, design teams and internal leadership
- Maintaining construction schedules, progress reporting and change order management
- Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, building codes and project specifications
- Coordinating communication between field teams, office-based support and senior leadership
- Managing project budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency
- Leading problem-solving on site challenges and maintaining documentation for regulatory and contractual requirements
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, site management or project delivery
- Proven experience managing projects from conception through completion
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance and budget management
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors and design teams
- Familiarity with construction scheduling tools and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or equivalent field experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice-to-have:
- Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) certification
- Experience in large-scale or complex project delivery
- Knowledge of preconstruction and estimating processes
