What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Conducting diagnostic assessments of current business processes, organizational structures and technology landscapes
• Developing comprehensive transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps aligned with executive objectives
• Leading cross-functional workstreams to drive process improvement, systems implementation or organizational redesign
• Managing stakeholder engagement across executive, middle management and frontline teams throughout transformation initiatives
• Translating complex business requirements into clear implementation plans with defined milestones and success metrics
• Mentoring and supporting internal teams through change adoption and capability building
• Monitoring transformation progress, identifying risks and adjusting strategies to maintain momentum and outcomes

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• 10–15 years of professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, operations or enterprise systems implementation
• 5 years of demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to diagnose business challenges and design scalable solutions
• Expertise in business process improvement methodologies and change management frameworks
• Experience implementing enterprise systems (ERP, SAP) or major technology transformations
• SAP Certified Professional credential or equivalent enterprise systems certification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems or related field
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline
• Executive advisory experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Track record of leading transformations in regulated industries
• Familiarity with modern digital transformation and cloud migration strategies
