Responsibilities
- Analyze daily schedules, orders, and production performance to support stability and efficient resource alignment.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying quality trends, reducing non-value-added work, and recommending practical solutions.
- Assist with disruption recovery planning by evaluating capacity, constraints, and downstream schedule impacts.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, and program teams to help maintain production flow and support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a business-related curriculum such as Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
- 1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, and/or production environment.
- Ability to work 2nd shift, with onsite attendance required.
- Must be able to crouch down, semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.
- Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment, including OJT or formal classroom training.
