Job Title: Methods Process Analyst

Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Methods Process Analyst to support production stability, process improvement, and planning activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for a collaborative professional who can help analyze performance, support cross-functional coordination, and contribute to operational efficiency on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily schedules, orders, and production performance to support stability and efficient resource alignment.
• Support process improvement efforts by identifying quality trends, reducing non-value-added work, and recommending practical solutions.
• Assist with disruption recovery planning by evaluating capacity, constraints, and downstream schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, and program teams to help maintain production flow and support business objectives.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a business-related curriculum such as Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
• 1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, and/or production environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift, with onsite attendance required.
• Must be able to crouch down, semi-mobile, walk, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the day.
• Successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment, including OJT or formal classroom training.
