Job Title: Logistics/Administrative Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Administrative Technician with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions, ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. This role requires a proven track record in logistics and/or administrative roles, as well as comfort in working with complex technical data and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.
• Collaborate closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, ensuring stock availability.
• Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.
• Utilize software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Proficiency in logistics, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center is preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.

The position is based at the Fluke EW location, 9028 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA. The work schedule is 7am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with slight flexibility for earlier or later start times if needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
