Business Development Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)

As a Business Development Consultant, you will manage new business development cycle: building client relationships, expanding key accounts, and growing your book of business. You will focus on oil and gas markets, leveraging your previous experience to hit targets and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across the sector
- Win new business, negotiate fees, and manage contracts
- Provide market insights and advise clients on talent availability
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on market trends, project pipelines, and competitor activity
- Build expertise in your vertical markets to guide clients strategically
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or individuals of graduate caliber
- Sales experience is preferred but not required (0-1 year of experience).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Driven, proactive, and comfortable working toward KPIs and targets
- Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or sustainability is a plus
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
