Schedule: On-site (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Base Salary: $45,500–$47,000 DOE
Commission: Uncapped, no threshold

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Development & Account Management
- Build relationships with hiring managers in the data center and infrastructure space
- Win new contract staffing business through outbound sales
- Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts
New Business Development
- Map markets and identify active projects
- Prospect and open new client accounts
- Operate a true “eat what you hunt” model from day one
Candidate Sourcing & Delivery
- Source and manage white-collar contractors for project-based roles
- Interview, qualify, and place candidates
- Support contractors throughout their assignments
Market Intelligence
- Track project pipelines and hiring trends
- Analyze competitor activity
- Spot new opportunities before they hit the market
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
- Strong commercial awareness and hunger to earn
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, high-performance environment
- Confident communicator with relationship-building ability
- Permanent U.S. work authorization
- (Recruitment experience not required—full training provided.)
