Are you an experienced Construction Field Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas megaprojects? Do you thrive in large-scale EPC environments supporting multi-discipline construction teams? We are seeking a proven field engineer who can drive constructability, ensure quality, and support boots-on-the-ground execution across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering closely with the Construction Project Manager to plan, sequence, and execute construction activities.
- Ensuring on-site work aligns with design specs, safety requirements, and project milestones.
- Coordinating subcontractors & field teams while resolving technical challenges in real time.
- Reviewing drawings, specs & construction documents to identify conflicts and recommend practical solutions.
- Managing RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting to support project controls & procurement workflows.
- Performing quantity takeoffs and evaluating contractor cost proposals for accuracy and value.
- Monitoring construction progress, performing QA/QC inspections, and ensuring work stays on schedule & within quality standards.
🎯 What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 15 years of hands-on field engineering experience on Oil & Gas or major EPC megaprojects is an absolute must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across multi-discipline teams.
- Problem-solver with perseverance, follow-through, and a results-driven mindset.
