Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using Clover POS system
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bar area according to health regulations
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist with food service when require
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises
- Uphold all food handling and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS, and basic cashiering skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a hospitality setting
- Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience with serving, catering, or food industry operations preferred
- Familiarity with brewing processes and hospitality standards within the food service industry
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor suitable for retail math calculations and sales interactions
