Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Expo/Food Runner/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Clear tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting for new guests
- Assist servers with running food and beverages as needed to maintain timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables and organizing utensils and condiments
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when necessary
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service throughout their dining experience
- Restock and control take out items inventory as needed
- Uphold food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen support roles is advantageous
- Hospitality or hotel experience, along with culinary or guest services background, is desirable
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
