The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day HR operations.
You’ll be deeply involved in core HR processes including employee support, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS management, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, responding to HR inquiries and resolving issues via ticketing systems and direct interaction
- Manage a high volume of HR transactions including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation
- Support payroll by ensuring timely and accurate data submission and resolving related inquiries
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee support and open enrollment coordination
- Partner with HR leadership on employee relations matters, including documentation and issue resolution support
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and maintain HR documentation
- Support audits and compliance efforts through organized recordkeeping
- Coordinate training logistics and track participation
- Identify process improvements and recommend practical, scalable solutions
- Assist with job description updates and general HR documentation
- Support additional HR projects and administrative needs as assigned
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on operations and employee support
- Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments (manufacturing, construction, automotive, or similar preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems and employee data management
- Understanding of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
