Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management practices
- Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
- Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is considered a plus
- Experience working in education or nonprofit organizations is beneficial
