Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics

About the Role
A global quick-service restaurant brand is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Analytics to drive customer and loyalty analytics across its digital ecosystem. In this high-visibility role, you will partner with product, marketing, loyalty, IT, and analytics teams to transform customer behavior, campaign performance, and loyalty data into actionable insights that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and loyalty program performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, churn, lifetime value, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Evaluate campaign, promotional, and offer performance across digital marketing channels.
- Build customer segments and behavioral analyses to support targeted marketing, personalization, and product strategies.
- Develop KPI frameworks that connect customer behavior with business performance across the customer journey.
- Create dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-level presentations to communicate actionable insights.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze customer, transactional, loyalty, and behavioral data.
- Work with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks to support scalable analytics.
- Build reporting solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data quality, event tracking, and measurement design.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, loyalty, and CRM teams to embed analytics into business decisions.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Support AI and LLM-enabled workflows to improve analytics, documentation, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5β7 years of experience in customer analytics, loyalty analytics, CRM analytics, or digital analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, loyalty programs, campaign measurement, and KPI development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, and Technology.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
- Knowledge of experimentation, personalization, and audience-based analytics.
- Experience supporting CRM or loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
- Experience using AI or LLM tools to improve analytics workflows.
- Background in quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail, e-commerce, or other high-volume consumer businesses.
