Digital Brand Experience Specialist
Location: Roswell, Georgia or Neenah, Wisconsin (Hybrid)
Salary: $105,000 - $130,500 per annum

The Role
As Digital Brand Experience Specialist, you'll partner with marketing, technology and product teams to optimise digital experiences, improve customer journeys and support the delivery of digital initiatives across a portfolio of consumer brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and execution of digital brand experience strategies.
- Managing and optimising customer journeys across websites and owned digital channels.
- Collaborating with marketing, technology and product teams to prioritise digital initiatives.
- Translating business and customer requirements into digital product enhancements.
- Supporting Agile planning activities and coordinating project delivery.
- Monitoring digital performance and reporting on KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Using analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful delivery of digital enhancements.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across marketing, IT and digital teams.
About You
You'll bring:
- Experience supporting websites, digital products or customer experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and owned digital channels.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, digital experience, product support or website optimisation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and digital delivery projects.
