Qualifications And Experience

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• SLP–CCC or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Familiarity with working with K–12 or willingness to support different age groups
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in small groups or one-on-one
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Track and document student progress, preparing reports and updating IEPs as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and process for eligible students
