Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility by start date)
- Credentials: SLP-CCC, SLP - CFY strongly encouraged
- Pediatric experience or passion for working with school-aged children (K–12)
- Open to SLPs with previous school experience or strong clinical background
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to the full term: August 10, 2026 – June 9, 2027
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for K–12 students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals, track progress, and participate in parent/teacher conferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student support
- Educate staff and families on best practices in communication development
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Support with travel arrangements and housing
