Qualifications:
- Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Open to SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in conducting evaluations and assessments for students
- Previous involvement in supervising or supporting SLPAs is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Complete comprehensive student evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Supervise and mentor two skilled SLPAs, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
- Work alongside educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to support student achievement
