Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and flexible Pediatric Speech Therapist (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply) to join our clinic on a part-time basis. This is a W2 position, ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children and can provide therapy services after school hours and evenings. You will be able to work with a caseload of children, with a flexible schedule anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week, with hours ranging from 4 to 40 per week. The work environment is supportive and independent, with access to a large supply of therapy materials to help make your sessions more effective and enjoyable for both you and the clients! Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech therapy services to children with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals Assess and track progress, providing updates to parents/guardians as needed Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping in line with clinic policies Ensure therapy sessions are engaging and motivating for children, incorporating fun and interactive activities Work with a flexible caseload and adjust hours as needed based on you or your client's availability Requirements: Must have after school/evening appointment availability Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience working with pediatric clients preferred but not required Ability to work after-school hours and provide 4-20 hours per week Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping children and making a positive impact on their communication development Why Join Us?
