🍽️ What You’ll Do

Leadership & Teamwork

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture

• Partner with Servers and the F&B team to ensure outstanding service

• Demonstrate teamwork during peak hours and special events

Dining Room Support

• Assist Servers with setup, service, and cleanup

• Serve water and support timely table maintenance

• Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and linen

• Reset tables with polished silverware, clean glassware, and proper settings

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room

• Stock server stations with necessary supplies

• Keep ice bins and buckets filled

• Clean chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats

• Collect trash from dining spaces as needed

• Roll silverware, fold napkins, and prepare breadbasket linens

• Quickly clean spills or broken items with minimal guest disruption

Setup & Turnover

• Polish silver and glassware

• Move tables and chairs for upcoming meals or events

• Reset the room for the next service period

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying food and beverages using correct seat positions

• Deliver take-out orders to the reception stand

• Support banquet events with setup, service, and breakdown

• Attend staff meetings and participate in daily cleaning tasks

🎓 What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1 year of hospitality or fine dining experience preferred

• Food safety certification required

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

💪 Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Stand and walk for long periods

• Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and reaching

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Work in hot, humid, and noisy environments

• Constant movement up and down stairs

• Repetitive motions throughout shift
