π What Youβll Do
Leadership

Promote a positive, welcoming, and service-oriented restaurant culture
Service

Review daily reservations and assign appropriate tables
-
Warmly greet arriving and departing members with a genuine smile and eye contact

Escort guests to their table, present menus, and introduce their server
-
Answer incoming calls, assist with reservations across all F&B outlets, and take to-go orders

Attend to special requests and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience

Communicate menu items and daily specials confidently
Safety & Sanitation

Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies

Maintain a clean, organized host podium and surrounding areas
-
Know required procedures for emergency situations
Additional Responsibilities
-
Assist the dining room team by setting/clearing tables, refilling water, and serving beverages when needed
-
Remain attentive to guest needs throughout the dining experience

Observe service details (like drink refills) even when assisting other tasks

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:π Qualifications
Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
1 year of related service or hosting experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Food safety certification preferred

Alcohol certification preferred
