- Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30PM)
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and safety‐focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support production and warehouse operations at our Germantown, WI facility. This is a hands‐on, physically demanding role that requires consistent manual material handling, outdoor work in all weather conditions, and close coordination with production teams and equipment operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily safety checks on forklifts
- Inspect fluid levels (oil, water, fuel) before operation
- Supply packaging lines with empty pallets and report inventory levels
- Remove palletized bags from production lines and operate stretch‐wrapper
- Place finished goods into inventory safely and neatly
- Maintain plant cleanliness (restacking, trash pickup, equipment washing)
- Load trucks accurately using BOLs and SKUs
- Conduct physical inventory counts
- Meet established quality and quantity standards
- Safely operate forklifts and maintain proper fluid levels
Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or similar fields
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other industrial vehicles
- Physically capable of lifting, stacking, and handling heavy materials
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors
- Ability to work long shifts and overtime as needed
