Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
About the Role
We are seeking an Entry‐Level Production Technician to join our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers. In this role, you will clean and process new and in‐process tool chamber parts by eliminating micro‐contamination using a variety of machines, chemicals, and manual techniques. Work is performed in cleanroom and chemical‐processing environments where safety and PPE are always required.
This position offers growth through a structured Level I–IV certification program based on skills, safety, quality, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and process parts using chemical, manual, and mechanical methods.
- Perform tasks such as receiving, masking, wiping, scrubbing, blasting, etching, coating, drying, baking, and machine operation.
- Follow all SOPs, Lean manufacturing practices, and company policies.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
- Attend required safety meetings and training sessions.
- Handle hazardous chemicals safely and follow proper disposal procedures.
- Track tasks, manage time effectively, and meet production goals.
- Continuously learn new processes and seek skill advancement.
What You Bring
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with fast turnaround.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.
- Ability to wear cleanroom gowning (hairnet, frock, etc.).
- Ability to take SPC measurements and accurately log data.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to 6S practices.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- AA degree or technical coursework is a plus.
- 1 year of manufacturing or materials‐related experience required.
- 3 years hands‐on experience preferred.
- Experience with parts cleaning, coating, media blasting, or QA is a plus.
- Kaizen/Lean training and semiconductor industry experience are highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to kneel, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Daily work with hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate with coworkers (accommodations available as needed).
