As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all areas. The Plant Controller will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights, and implementing best practices to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall business performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting operational performance and recommending actionable insights
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections and supporting strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and addressing any potential risks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and drive sustainable growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, preferred
- Proven experience in operational management, financial analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and implementing process improvements
