Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a call center or support environment
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
