We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Key Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building long-term client partnerships and generating recurring revenue.

As an Account Key Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key client accounts, identifying staffing needs, and delivering tailored workforce solutions. You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring exceptional service while uncovering opportunities for expansion and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key client accounts
  • Identify client hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions
  • Drive new business development within existing accounts and through prospecting
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  • Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and results
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Salary : $60,000 - $350,000
