On-Site Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and assigned employees
- Oversee daily workforce operations, including attendance, scheduling, and shift coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, support, and disciplinary action when necessary
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and training for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of timekeeping, payroll, and employee documentation
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely manner
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
- Assist with reporting, audits, and administrative tasks as needed
