This strategic and analytical role will help shape performance-driven commission structures while collaborating across business units and technology teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commission programs and lead new plan development tied to sales goals and rep performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for compensation within specialized sales divisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Build and maintain sophisticated reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and database models (SQL, Excel, CRM).
- Lead or support compensation steering committees to align behaviors with strategic objectives.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to automate, scale, and improve commission processing systems.
- Coach junior team members and support process improvements across departments.
- Oversee commission reporting, data integrity, and quarterly goal-setting initiatives.
- 6–8 years of experience in commission plan management, compensation strategy, or related fields.
- Strong background in finance, data analytics, or business operations.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and CRM systems; database or data cube experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable balancing independent work with high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
