Requirements
- Prepare and review journal entries and perform key consolidation steps for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Ensure the timely and accurate consolidation of financial results across multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations.
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and best practices for the consolidation process.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Earnings Releases) and related disclosures.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of footnotes and disclosures for external reporting.
- Support the documentation of financial statement disclosures, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Partner with internal teams to prepare workpapers supporting financial statements and SEC filings.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in accounting and financial reporting, including consolidation processes and preparing public filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Earnings).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with experience in ensuring compliance.
