What You'll Be Doing
Business Partnership & Financial Analysis
- Partner with Operations and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key business drivers, and communicate actionable insights.
- Evaluate profitability, productivity, labor, material costs, and operational KPIs.
- Support the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis and present recommendations to leadership.
- Build business cases and ROI analyses for capital investments and growth initiatives.
- Support pricing strategies, cost reduction efforts, and operational improvement projects.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities while helping leadership make informed decisions.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Support consolidated reporting across multiple business units.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced data analytics.
- Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecast integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance, or related analytical experience
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business partners
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations experience
- Capital investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Operational KPI reporting and business performance analysis
- Experience supporting global or multi-business unit organizations
- ERP and financial planning systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive Planning, or similar)
