Senior Accountant

What You’ll Do
- Manage critical accounting activities during month-end close, ensuring financial data is complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
- Compile and present financial results, including detailed statements and reports, to support leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and operational leaders to track budgets, monitor forecasts, and explain performance trends.
- Coordinate with external auditors by preparing supporting schedules and addressing audit requests.
- Enhance compliance and governance by reinforcing internal controls and refining accounting policies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and implement technology-driven improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation (or progress toward it) is a plus.
- 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience; prior public accounting exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proven ability to prepare and interpret complex financial reports.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with major ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
- Comfort working under pressure in an evolving, fast-moving business environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
