Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho Systems Administrator to support the buildout, optimization, and ongoing administrative support of our Zoho CRM ecosystem. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Consumer Sales, Trade Sales, IT, and Data teams to ensure Zoho CRM effectively supports our global lead lifecycle and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on CRM administrator who enjoys problem-solving, supporting users, building automation, and continuously improving systems that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho CRM Administration & Configuration
- Administer and support the buildout and ongoing management of the Zoho CRM platform.
- Configure CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and security settings.
- Develop assignment logic, pipeline workflows, and automation to streamline lead and opportunity management.
- Build custom functions and enhancements to support evolving business needs.
User Support & Adoption
- Serve as the primary frontline support resource for CRM users.
- Troubleshoot system issues, form errors, and automation failures.
- Resolve operational problems within the Zoho CRM environment.
- Support communication and change management efforts to drive adoption of new features and processes.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing guidance.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and analytics within Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Create custom reports to support executive and operational decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability across reports and dashboards.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including:
- Process maps
- Data dictionaries
- User guides and training materials
- Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline global processes and enhance system performance.
Collaboration & Integration
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade Sales, IT, and Data teams.
- Support system integrations and demonstrate an understanding of APIs and integration concepts.
- Collaborate on projects that improve CRM efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM.
- Experience building custom features, workflows, and automated processes within the Zoho platform.
- Understanding of system integration concepts and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote team environment.
