Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimize both Seaware Versonix and Zoho CRM. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert across reservation and CRM systems, supporting configuration, user management, integrations, and continuous improvement.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Revenue, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Versonix Seaware and Zoho CRM (users, roles, workflows, automation)
- Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues; escalate to Versonix as needed
- Build and optimize pipelines, booking workflows, and automation logic
- Manage integrations (APIs, MXP, and related systems)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs; ensure data integrity
- Provide user support, training, and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain security, governance, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Hospitality, or related field
- 2–3 years of Versonix Seaware administration (required)
- 2 years of Zoho CRM administration (required)
- Experience in cruise, travel, or hospitality (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Strong Seaware and Zoho CRM configuration and administration
- Workflow automation, system customization, and user management
- API/integration knowledge
- Reporting & analytics (Zoho Analytics preferred)
- Oracle or similar database exposure (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
