- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up action items
- Provide confidential administrative and operational support while serving as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, and stakeholders
- Coordinate board and leadership activities, including meeting logistics, materials preparation, and communications
- Manage expense reporting, document coordination, notarization processes, and administrative workflows
- Support special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests from senior leadership
- Provide occasional onsite support for meetings, events, and office operations as needed
- Experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives or C-suite leaders
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and executive communications
- Proficiency with scheduling, timekeeping, expense management, and office productivity software, including Concur or similar platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
