Executive Assistant to the CRO
📍 Cambridge, MA (Hybrid – 4 Days In Office)
Our client is an exceptionally well-funded, high-growth AI and cybersecurity startup that recently raised $70 million in seed funding and is rapidly expanding its U.S. presence. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an early stage, work directly with executive leadership, and help support the launch and growth of its new Cambridge office.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Revenue Officer while also supporting a Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will act as an extension of the leadership team—helping drive priorities forward, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and enabling senior executives to operate at their highest level.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Support executive communications, priorities, and follow-up
• Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc executive support
Required Background
• 4–7 years of Executive Assistant experience
• Experience supporting C-level executives or founders within a high-growth technology startup environment (required)
• Experience working in smaller startup companies with less than 300 employees
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
