POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Media Marketing Manager will own top-of-funnel marketing efforts designed to increase visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation across multiple digital channels. This individual will develop content strategies, manage social media growth initiatives, oversee digital campaigns, and optimize performance to drive measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, content creator, and growth marketer with a strong understanding of direct-response marketing and audience development.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive audience growth and qualified leads
- Create and manage educational content across social media, video, blog, and email channels
- Oversee content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize social media channels and digital communities
- Write compelling marketing copy, scripts, headlines, and calls-to-action
- Coordinate content creation and video production with subject matter experts and creative partners
- Support paid advertising campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize results
- Track lead generation outcomes and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or demand generation
- Demonstrated success generating measurable marketing results and qualified leads
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Experience managing social media and multi-channel content strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience with direct-response marketing and lead generation campaigns preferred
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms preferred
- Experience creating or managing video content preferred
- Experience within financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus performance incentives that can significantly increase total compensation.
