Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for a growing residential housing organization. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity located in the greater Shrewsbury, Massachusetts area. Typical schedule consists of weekend coverage Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm with potential flexibility for additional hours.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This opportunity is ideal for a polished, customer-focused professional who enjoys sales, relationship building, and creating positive resident experiences. The Leasing Professional will serve as a key representative of the community, helping drive occupancy goals through exceptional customer service, lead generation, and leasing activities. This position offers a consistent part-time schedule with weekend coverage required and one additional flexible

weekday shift supporting prospective and current residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct tours and guide prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry through signed lease
• Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, marketing efforts, and internet inquiries
• Support occupancy goals through strong sales techniques and relationship-building efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both prospective and current residents
• Complete leasing paperwork, applications, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance throughout office and common spaces

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related environments preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport both in person and virtually
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office, email systems, and web-based platforms
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Professional presentation with confidence closing sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Compensation for this position is approximately $38-$40/hour. Typical schedule consists of weekend coverage with hours approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM plus one additional flexible weekday shift.
