What You’ll Be Doing

• Guide HR strategy across org design, talent planning, workforce budgeting
• Oversee policies, compliance, investigations, and employee relations
• Lead compensation programs, bonus cycles, long-term payments, and analytics
• Manage recruitment, performance management, and HR system improvements
• Own fleet services and HR budget oversight; support sales team compensation
• Serve as the HR advisor to executives, managers, and employees
  
  

About You

• 10 years of HR leadership in the U.S.
• Strong command of employment laws and HR best practices
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
