A rapidly growing life sciences and technology company is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the organization’s senior HR leader and trusted partner to the CEO and executive team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the HR function during a pivotal stage of growth while shaping the culture, talent strategy, and employee experience of a high-growth organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Develop scalable HR programs, policies, and processes to support growth.
- Drive culture initiatives, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Build and lead the HR team as the organization expands.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience in a life sciences, biotechnology, medical device or healthcare technology.
- Experience working in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Proven success building HR infrastructure and supporting rapidly growing organizations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams.
- ADP experience preferred.
