What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead complex system installations, upgrades, and critical deployments
• Act as final escalation point for advanced technical issues
• Perform deep root-cause analysis across integrated systems
• Mentor and develop Field Service Engineers and support teams
• Improve system reliability, uptime, and maintenance strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D and Operations on improvements
• Represent my client during high-visibility customer situations

• Expertise in servicing highly complex, integrated systems
• Advanced diagnostic skills across multi-system environments
• Ability to lead technically without formal authority
• Comfortable handling executive-level customer interactions
