Join my client’s team and become a technical leader in advanced thermal spray and welding technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll help develop, troubleshoot, and optimize cutting-edge coating and welding systems that support critical industrial applications around the world.

- Become the subject matter expert for advanced HVOF thermal spray and PTA welding systems

- Comprehensive engineering role with both shop-floor and design responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for thermal spray and PTA welding systems
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, assemble, and commission coating and welding equipment
- Program and debug PLC-controlled systems
- Calibrate mass flow controllers and support system testing
- Implement engineering updates to mechanical and electrical designs
- Support customers with technical issues, training, and system optimization
- Assist with development of thermal spray coatings and weld overlays
- Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in HVOF thermal spray coating and/or PTA welding processes
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and industrial gas flow systems
- Ability to read schematics, vendor manuals, and electrical control documentation
- Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and control panel construction
