Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily healthcare administrative operations, optimizing workflows for patient intake, scheduling, and medical billing
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and state health regulations through regular internal compliance audits
- Coordinate with clinical leads and IT teams to integrate electronic health record (EHR) systems and resolve technical blockers
- Analyze healthcare operations metrics using SQL and BI dashboards to track resource utilization, wait times, and administrative efficiency
- Oversee vendor relationships with medical suppliers, insurance payers, and third-party compliance auditors
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data privacy, risk management, and patient record handling
- 4-7 years of healthcare administration, operations, or practice management experience within US healthcare systems
- Deep working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, healthcare billing cycles (RCM), and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and SQL for operational reporting
- Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bonus: Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) credential
