Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and deploy scalable internal workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce operational friction
- Administer and optimize the team's operational tech stack, including Jira, Notion, and Slack integrations, to improve collaboration and transparency
- Define, track, and report on key operational performance metrics (KPIs) and project milestones to executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional syncs and sprint planning sessions to align distributed teams on project deliverables and timelines
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, establishing contingency plans for critical project dependencies
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing budgets, and contract renewals for operational tooling
- 4-7 years of operations management, program management, or management consulting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of designing and implementing cross-functional processes that resulted in measurable efficiency gains
- Advanced proficiency with modern project management software (Asana, Jira, or ClickUp) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Tableau)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience working in a fully remote environment, or professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
