Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using a multi-channel approach including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach
- Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads to evaluate budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations and initial discovery meetings for Account Executives to consistently hit monthly pipeline quotas
- Maintain immaculate records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and prospective client notes within Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine target personas, tailor value propositions, and optimize messaging sequences based on market feedback
- Develop deep domain expertise of the SaaS platform to articulate technical value propositions and handle initial customer objections
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer success, business development, or a high-volume outbound customer-facing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical concepts to department heads and directors
- Proven resilience, high self-motivation, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quantifiable personal or professional goals
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage high-volume daily activities independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Bonus: Prior experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement technologies
