Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels to hit acquisition targets.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, creative briefs, landing page optimization, and A/B testing schedules.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Own the marketing automation platform and lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop high-converting copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Manage the monthly advertising budget across channels, continuously reallocating spend based on performance and channel efficiency.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably within a fast-paced B2B or B2C technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing paid media budgets and running successful campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep familiarity with marketing technology and analytics suites, specifically HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Hotjar.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects on tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS, SQL database querying, or video editing tools.
