Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical programs, establishing clear milestones, tracking deliverables, and maintaining technical documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, aligning product requirements with engineering capacity and resolving cross-team dependencies
- Proactively identify technical risks, map mitigation strategies, and escalate critical path blockers to senior engineering leadership
- Define, track, and report on program-level metrics, delivery velocity, and SLA compliance to drive continuous process improvement
- Standardize agile development methodologies and release management practices across engineering squads to increase operational efficiency
- Coordinate the roll-out of internal developer tooling updates and infrastructure migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to product engineering workflows
- 5 years of program management, technical project management, or scrum master experience in a software engineering or cloud-native environment
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced roadmapping tools for tracking software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), API integrations, and microservices architectures
- Proven track record of managing highly technical, cross-functional projects with 20 stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex technical blockers into clear business impact updates
- Bonus: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
