About The Role

The Revenue Operations Analyst acts as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring that the entire go-to-market engine runs on clean data and efficient processes. This role focuses on optimizing the lead-to-revenue lifecycle by managing the tech stack, refining forecasting models, and building the reporting infrastructure necessary for executive decision-making.

The team relies on this role to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Success is defined by the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights while maintaining a highly automated and scalable CRM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce (SFDC) environment, including the creation of custom objects, complex validation rules, and automated flows to support evolving sales processes
  • Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards in Tableau or Looker that track North Star metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and churn
  • Own the end-to-end sales forecasting process, partnering with leadership to identify risks and opportunities within the quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Audit and sanitize the go-to-market tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) to ensure data integrity and eliminate manual friction points for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline the quote-to-cash process and ensure accurate commission tracking and revenue recognition
  • Design and execute sophisticated lead routing logic and territory management strategies to maximize sales productivity and market coverage

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration; certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator) is highly preferred
  • Expert-level SQL skills for querying large data sets and experience building production-grade visualizations in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma
  • Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and the ability to explain the variance between bookings, billings, and revenue
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and user training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Bonus: Experience with Apex coding, Salesforce CPQ implementation, or Python for data science applications
