Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce (SFDC) environment, including the creation of custom objects, complex validation rules, and automated flows to support evolving sales processes
- Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards in Tableau or Looker that track North Star metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and churn
- Own the end-to-end sales forecasting process, partnering with leadership to identify risks and opportunities within the quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Audit and sanitize the go-to-market tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) to ensure data integrity and eliminate manual friction points for the sales team
- Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline the quote-to-cash process and ensure accurate commission tracking and revenue recognition
- Design and execute sophisticated lead routing logic and territory management strategies to maximize sales productivity and market coverage
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration; certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator) is highly preferred
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying large data sets and experience building production-grade visualizations in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics and the ability to explain the variance between bookings, billings, and revenue
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and user training
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with Apex coding, Salesforce CPQ implementation, or Python for data science applications
