Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring all assets adhere to a centralized design system.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Protopie or Framer to validate complex transitions and micro-interactions before engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure technical feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation of UI components across different browsers and devices.
- Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to identify pain points, translating findings into actionable design iterations.
- Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the global design system, including the creation of reusable components, patterns, and documentation.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders, using data from analytics tools and user research to justify architectural and visual decisions.
- 3–6 years of experience in product design or UX design, specifically for complex web applications or mobile products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including the use of auto-layout, variables, and library management for scalable design systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready designs that have improved core product metrics like retention or conversion.
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS/React, motion design for UI, or a background in quantitative user research.
