Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document standardized operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce cross-functional friction.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, utilizing Jira, Asana, and Confluence to track project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Excel to monitor operational health and surface bottlenecks to leadership.
- Audit internal SaaS tooling stack to optimize spend, drive vendor negotiations, and lead software migration initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly progress reviews and post-mortem analyses, converting qualitative team feedback into action plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure vendor contracts, compliance requirements, and budget allocations align with corporate standards.
- 4-7 years of operations management, program management, or management consulting experience, preferably within a fast-growing B2B tech company.
- Proven proficiency with project management platforms (Jira, Linear, or Asana) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel).
- Strong systems-thinking capability with a track record of identifying structural inefficiencies and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting operational performance metrics to director-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Bonus: Experience writing SQL queries, or holding a PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum Master certification.
