They are growing their team and are looking for a motivated and self-driven Sales Support Associate to join their team!

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with warm prospects through follow up calls
- Represent the firm at events, booths, and networking opportunities
- Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution
- Speak confidently with prospects about company offerings and prospectus
- Support Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers by setting qualified meetings
- Organize, track, and manage leads in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently and qualify prospects
- Identify and secure new event opportunities
- Collect and review prospect financial statements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Experience meeting prospects and setting appointments for Financial Advisors
- Strong interest in the financial industry and desire to become a fiduciary financial advisor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with CRM experience preferred
- Flexibility to work evening hours and travel for events
- Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a Relationship Manager / Sales role
Compensation:
- $80,000 – $110,000 base salary commissions (based on # of conferences attended and # meetings set up for the sales team)
