Role Description
This can be a part time or full-time role for a Client Service Associate/Administrative Assistant at The Pitti Group Wealth Management located in Victor, NY. As a Client Service Associate/Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing client services and support, communicating with clients, assisting with administrative tasks, help with marketing, social media and supporting the team. This role is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of finance and investment concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Compensation $22 to $30/hour depending on experience plus potential for bonuses
